We provide warranties on all products, as provided by the suppliers, manufactures of the products supplied. These are in addition to all rights provided by the Victorian Government Goods Act 1958.
Due to the ever evolving nature of the industry, this website may contain items which could become obsolete or discontinued. Despite our best intentions, some items may become obsolete or superseded before we are able to remove it from our website.
No minimum internet amount.
Stock availability and rainchecks
At Ibella we endeavour to ensure stock availability concurrent with the life of advertisements. Should we experience an unexpected delay or should stocks quickly sell out or be unavailable for any reason we undertake to issue a "raincheck", i.e. back-order at the price advertised. Where advertised items are clearly endorsed as limited supply quantities we may not be able to supply at advertised special rates once stock is sold out.
Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
If you have organised insurance contact us. Not withstanding this you may have a claim against the carrier if negligence can be proven on their behalf. If you suspect your order may have arrived damaged, i.e. carton crushed or obviously dropped, take the matter up with the carrier. We recommend you do not open the parcel except in the presence of the carrier, e.g. to verify the existence of damage or otherwise.
We are happy to accept orders from customers outside of Australia. Please contact us with your requirements and we can provide freight options and charges. Please note all freight rates quoted are for Australia.
Should any item ordered be temporarily unavailable, we automatically place this on back order. If this is inconvenient please advise upon receipt of partial shipment or when placing the order.
Direct your enquiry via our contact form. Please include a contact phone number. Please do NOT send the enquiry to more than one person or more than once as this can easily involve two or more of us working on your enquiry independently.
Not withstanding our warranty policy, if you are dissatisfied with our goods or service you may return the goods within 14 days of our despatch date. It is essential to obtain an authorisation number prior to returning any goods to us. Contact us here. We will refund your purchase in full, less transport costs on receipt of the goods. All returned goods must be in "as sold" condition including all packaging, instructions, invoices etc. We do not accept unauthorised returns.
Where such goods have been supplied we undertake to repair or replace on an "express service" basis. It is essential to obtain an authorisation number prior to returning any goods to us. Contact us here. We do not accept unauthorised returns. A fee of $25 (ex GST) and return freight cost will apply where upon inspection there is no fault found with products.
Dangerous Goods Notice
Some of our products are not suitable for transport by Air Freight due to the nature of their content. These items include all Aerosol products, Sealed Lead-Acid batteries, Ferric Chloride. These items may be labeled "Road Freight Only" on the relevant product detail page.
We accept a number of payment methods. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, ShopPay or GPay. Alternatively, you may prefer to pay by direct bank deposit, money order or personal cheque.
